Tasks
- Architect cloud platform foundations
- Collaborate on deployment governance and release readiness
- Define incident management and change management governance
- Define secure by design patterns and guardrails
- Design resilience and disaster recovery
- Ensure audit readiness and NIS2 compliance
- Guide incident investigations for critical incidents
- Handle CVE and security advisory response coordination
- Maintain Infrastructure-as-Code standards
- Provide platform health reporting metrics
- Serve as senior technical point of contact for client escalations
- Support P1 critical incident technical advisory
- Support pre sales infrastructure architecture proposals
