Cloud Operations Engineer
Tasks
- Create documentation for policies and procedures
- Liaise with development support and implementation teams
- Perform SQL database backups restores and scripting
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Perform configuration changes and testing
- Troubleshoot network and software/hardware issues
- Work with Cloud Services groups to resolve issues
