Cloud Security Engineer (AWS/GovCloud)
Tasks
- Automate vulnerability and patch management
- Conduct risk assessment and threat modeling
- Design data protection and encryption for data at rest and in transit
- Document environment state and perform gap analysis
- Ensure compliance with security standards
- Identify and implement secure cloud solutions
- Integrate logging monitoring and threat detection
- Investigate security incidents
- Monitor cloud environments for suspicious activity
- Perform infrastructure as code risk assessment
- Provide root cause analysis and remediation updates
