Tasks
- Apply Zero Trust and security by design practices
- Conduct security architecture and design reviews
- Design and optimize cloud security monitoring strategies
- Develop automation and scripting for security baselines
- Drive risk based prioritization using threat intelligence and asset criticality
- Ensure IAM network segmentation encryption logging and monitoring controls
- Escalate complex cloud security incidents and tooling issues
- Integrate CSPM and cloud security tooling with SIEM and SOAR
- Lead cloud security operations day to day
- Maintain cloud security runbooks and playbooks
- Manage configuration reviews and misconfiguration detection
- Mentor cloud security engineers and analysts
- Monitor threats vulnerabilities and regulatory changes
- Prioritize and track remediation of cloud security findings
- Provide remediation guidance to application DevOps and platform teams
- Translate findings into dashboards metrics and executive reporting
- Validate remediation and monitoring effectiveness
