Tasks
- Apply updates, patches, and security configurations
- Coordinate secure decommissioning and termination
- Deploy and configure cloud engagement kits
- Ensure tool and environment functionality
- Implement and maintain continuous monitoring solutions
- Maintain system documentation and configuration records
- Manage compute storage networking and security services
- Manage user access permissions and identity management
- Monitor system health performance and resource utilization
- Respond to service outages and coordinate recovery
- Support data archival and engagement closeout
- Troubleshoot and remediate issues during active operations
