Tasks
- Administer ITSM and asset inventory via Freshservice
- Deploy infrastructure with CloudFormation
- Manage AWS core services in multi-account structure
- Manage backups and disaster recovery with Cohesity
- Monitor system health with Grafana
- Perform server patching and vulnerability remediation
- Troubleshoot servers using AWS SSM and logs
