- Create reusable artifacts and standardize solution costing model
- Define milestone based improvement roadmap
- Deliver TDR support including requirements analysis architecture and technical design
- Develop solution implementation approach and target operating model
- Drive performance management and mentoring
- Ensure compliance with security standards
- Lead SIEM SOAR Threat Intelligence and EDR programs
- Lead Threat Detection and Response managed services
- Lead proof of concept for managed services
- Maintain TDR tools and processes
- Manage client relationships and expectations
- Manage client service quality
- Perform due diligence and AS IS assessment
- Plan and schedule client engagements
- Prepare management presentations and status updates
- Provide governance for operations delivery and maintenance
- Review statement of work scoping governance and RACI
