Core IAM Ops - Directory Services Operations Specialist
Tasks
- Coach and guide junior operations staff
- Conduct disaster recovery tests
- Fix incorrect directory data
- Handle user enquiries
- Maintain incident response procedures
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
- Manage incidents monitoring data feed and replication
- Operate maintain and resolve operational issues for directory services
- Provide technical operational leadership for Active Directory service
- Provide technical operational leadership for ForgeRock Directory Services
- Support deployment of secure directory platforms
- Support directory platform upgrades and enhancements
- Support internal and external audits
