Systems Administrator
Tasks
- Administer 311 CSR system
- Analyze program efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist with additional related duties
- Assist with program policy procedure and review method updates
- Coordinate CSR reporting development for users and management
- Liaise with departments on service requests and knowledge base
- Maintain data integrity between Amanda database and CSR mapping module
- Perform occupational health and safety duties
- Resolve mapping module data conflicts
- Supervise 311 support staff
- Support 311 call centre supervisors and 311 211 manager
- Train 311 operators and departmental staff
