Tasks
- Build maintain and own database tables and dashboards
- Collaborate to design and deliver new products and customer journeys
- Collaborate with decision science on machine learning models
- Develop and execute credit growth strategy
- Develop and maintain NPV models
- Develop and maintain affordability strategies
- Ensure credit capabilities infrastructure and talent for safe scaling
- Lead analysts to develop credit and pricing strategies
- Maximize value from internal and external data
- Monitor and report borrowing performance to stakeholders
