Tasks
- Apply change management and CAB processes
- Deliver service delivery OKRs and KPIs
- Drive data center operations strategy
- Ensure security first operational compliance
- Ensure training and mandated security awareness
- Lead problem management and mitigation planning
- Lead team prioritization and resource allocation
- Manage SLAs and operational agreements
- Manage budgeting and cost reduction initiatives
- Manage incident post mortems and RCAs
- Mentor and onboard team members
- Oversee physical access audits and access compliance
- Oversee security risk assessments and remediation direction
- Perform root cause analysis and improvement planning
- Validate technical dependency and project readiness
