- Advise executive stakeholders on security solutions
- Assess deployment gaps and create action plans
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for customer success
- Drive product adoption through training and workshops
- Lead complex SASE deployments
- Optimize customer use of new security features
- Provide advanced product expertise for SASE products
- Resolve technical customer escalations
