Tasks
- Act as escalation point for client requests
- Assess business impact of critical assets
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate on security strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborate to improve workflows and reporting
- Collaborate with SOC teams on visibility and incident response
- Conduct project reviews with stakeholders
- Contribute to service maturity and operational efficiency
- Coordinate project transitions
- Drive automation and data initiatives
- Identify account opportunities and solutions
- Lead service and operational review meetings
- Maintain project documentation
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor and report on service performance
- Monitor incidents and detection trends
- Participate in SOC meetings and reviews
- Participate in change advisory and post-incident reviews
- Participate in strategic planning and technology discussions
- Partner with sales to identify service opportunities
- Serve as primary contact for clients
- Support risk and change control
- Understand client IT infrastructure and assets
