Customer Success Technical Advisor
Tasks
- Conduct architectural reviews and configuration audits
- Coordinate with product engineering RND and sales engineering
- Design and deliver security workshops and best practice sessions
- Develop customer success technical milestones
- Guide onboarding and deployment for value realization
- Maintain account health single source of truth
- Manage environment maps troubleshooting playbooks and operational reports
- Perform root cause analysis and long term prevention recommendations
- Provide proactive recommendations during security events
- Provide technical advocacy after deployment
