- Coach team members and drive ownership

- Manage SLA and OLA metrics and reporting
- Manage client stakeholders and service governance including risk and issue management
- Manage onboarding operational readiness and troubleshooting
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery
- Perform gap analysis and plan service evolution roadmaps
- Perform root cause analysis and update runbooks and processes
- Resolve delivery issues and service stability problems
- Support business development proposals and pursuits including effort estimation and cost modeling
- Translate client cybersecurity requirements into delivery plans and measurable outcomes
