- Allocate cyber security resources to customer engagements
- Arrange scoping calls with customers and delivery teams
- Coordinate draft report reviews and peer reviews
- Coordinate end to end cyber security testing engagements
- Develop and maintain KPI and SLA dashboards
- Ensure testing prerequisites and customer access requirements are completed
- Maintain engagement records and customer communications
- Plan coordinate and quality assure engagement activities
- Prepare and coordinate statements of work
- Securely deliver final reports to customers
- Track engagement milestones and reporting schedules
