Cyber Threat Analyst - Global Threat Operations
Tasks
- Analyze and respond to security events
- Coordinate with customers and internal resources
- Escalate incidents per procedures
- Monitor firewall IDS and IPS alerts
- Perform network analysis
- Provide incident notification
- Resolve issues independently
- Respond to customer tickets within SLA
- Review SIEM events and security logs
- Tune security devices for blocking and reporting
