Cybersecurity Analyst I
Tasks
- Assess incidents and escalate to Level II or Level III
- Assist with forensic analysis of less complex digital media
- Document findings and recommendations for digital media analysis
- Maintain incident documentation
- Manage CSOC tickets and incident reporting
- Monitor IT infrastructure changes affecting detection
- Monitor and triage CSOC alerts
- Provide CSOC technical support
- Recommend CSOC process improvements
- Track security tool suite and use for incident escalation
