Cybersecurity Analyst - India
Tasks
- Create and update incident tickets
- Escalate incidents to Tier 2 analysts
- Follow SOC runbooks and procedures
- Investigate security events using logs
- Monitor security alerts
- Participate in shift handovers and documentation
- Perform basic threat intelligence checks
- Reduce false positives through alert tuning
- Review indicators and contextual data
- Support vulnerability tracking and remediation coordination
- Triage security alerts
- Validate true or false positives
