Tasks

• Conduct PoCs demonstrations and deep dives
• Conduct architecture reviews workshops and customer presentations
• Develop proposal templates and delivery frameworks
• Ensure governance documentation and SLA compliance
• Lead RFP responses including architecture and scope
• Lead project execution across regions
• Manage customer relationships and handle escalations
• Mentor delivery engineers and consultants
• Oversee project scopes timelines resources and quality
• Participate in executive updates and steering committees
• Perform hands-on deployment troubleshooting and optimization
• Provide technical guidance across cybersecurity domains
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and rollouts
• Support presales and sales with technical scoping and customer engagement
