- Coordinate integrations with incident response antivirus NAC firewall and network teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation runbooks and procedures
- Deploy and manage Zscaler Agent with Group Policy
- Deploy and test policy rule sets
- Handle incident request change control tickets
- Integrate sanctioned SaaS applications
- Integrate traffic flow network and firewall control for proxies
- Manage Zscaler cloud proxy policy engineering
- Manage certificate and IdP access control
- Manage day to day endpoint internet access control support
- Manage proxy access control file handling
- Perform Zscaler cloud maintenance and cleanup
- Provide API support for proxy integrations
- Resolve problems within ticket SLA
- Support F5 GSLB
- Support Splunk logging querying and dashboards
- Support authentication and SCIM SAML SSO
- Troubleshoot proxy access control issues with teams
