Tasks

• Assist with Contract Writing System interfacing
• Assist with MS Outlook issues including PKI and mailbox decryption
• Attend cybersecurity and IT meetings and training
• Brief users on computer support resources and incident response plans
• Conduct incident response plan drills and report results
• Enforce IA regulations for USB device prohibitions and device management
• Ensure operational cybersecurity posture for DoD information systems
• Ensure users have security clearance and need to know authorization
• Follow DoD IT security documentation and Air Force RMF
• Inprocess and outprocess users and manage distribution and security lists
• Maintain SharePoint site and support printers MFDs and FAX machines
• Maintain cybersecurity program requirements personnel processes and procedures
• Manage MFD and FAX security features and COMPUSEC procedures
• Manage shared drive access and drive permissions
• Perform information assurance tasks to support Air Force programs
• Prepare for OPSEC COMPUSEC and COMSEC inspections
• Resolve computer issues and manage IT support tickets in Remedy
• Support Common Access Card issues and PKI certificate problems
• Support IA reporting assessments and inspections
• Track certificates training and paperwork for Government iPhone users
• Verify annual cybersecurity training completion and manage IA documents
