- Collect analyze and recommend configuration changes
- Collect and analyze customer system information
- Conduct customer management meetings for escalations
- Develop deliver and maintain team training materials
- Manage customer communications and expectations
- Manage escalations and cases until closure
- Provide customer education on product knowledge and networking gaps
- Provide customer technical support via phone chat and web
- Publish knowledge based articles
- Recommend corrective actions based on analysis
- Reproduce customer environments in lab and isolate issues
- Review technical documentation bulletins and release notes
- Stay up to date on endpoint security trends and zero day attacks
- Troubleshoot FortiEDR and FortiEndpoint
