- Administer physical and virtual machines

- Diagnose and resolve operational incidents
- Draft technical documentation
- Ensure data backup continuity
- Ensure data integrity confidentiality and security
- Identify and evaluate IT innovations
- Implement corrective actions for backups
- Maintain and administer client systems
- Maintain service availability
- Manage change requests
- Manage networking and storage
- Monitor infrastructure
- Provide level 2 and 3 IT support
- Support department objectives
- Support incident rotation outside business hours
- Track outages interventions and incidents
