Tasks
- Assist with Windows Hello for Business configuration
- Configure and troubleshoot BIOS and firmware settings
- Handle endpoint device support tickets
- Manage Microsoft Intune endpoint policies
- Manage Windows updates and device drivers
- Perform root cause analysis using Event Viewer and logs
- Support Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 infrastructure
- Support BitLocker encryption troubleshooting
- Support Entra ID user and device identities
- Troubleshoot Windows connectivity and VPN issues
- Use PowerShell for scripting and troubleshooting
