Tasks
- Collect operational evidence and support audits
- Communicate operational posture risks and performance metrics
- Coordinate break fix support and incident resolution
- Define and track service level objectives and operational KPIs
- Drive automation self service and straight through processing
- Ensure 24x7 operational coverage for critical identity services
- Ensure SOP runbook and escalation model execution
- Execute emergency access changes and break glass procedures
- Lead and develop IAM operations and platform ops teams
- Lead day to day enterprise IAM operations
- Lead incident problem and major incident management
- Maintain operational readiness for identity services
- Manage IAM platform availability health monitoring and maintenance
- Oversee MSPs and enforce SLAs OLAs KPIs
- Own JML and RAP operational delivery
- Perform root cause analysis and remediation tracking
- Provide level 1 and level 2 IAM operational support
- Track IAM provisioning deprovisioning remediation
