Tasks
- Advise executive leadership on cyber risk strategy compliance posture regulatory alignment
- Drive IT service delivery operational excellence with KPIs incident reduction reliability improvements
- Engage customer security stakeholders
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and future frameworks
- Establish operating models to improve transparency accountability and technical execution
- Lead SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audit programs
- Lead global IT operations end user support identity access management device management business continuity
- Lead security governance policy development risk management continuous improvement
- Oversee incident response change management problem management
- Own information security program end to end
- Own vendor management and technology spend governance across IT and security systems
- Provide technical risk mitigation
- Support enterprise sales cycles with RFP responses and due diligence
