Director of Cyber Security & Governance
Tasks
- Advise program and product teams on controls design
- Assess vendor risk before contracting
- Build security awareness and culture with role relevant education
- Coordinate security incident response and escalation
- Drive vulnerability patch and exposure management
- Embed security by design into delivery standards and project lifecycle
- Establish lightweight ways of working and partnering model
- Govern identity access and segregation of duties controls
- Govern security and privacy requirements for third party SaaS and AMS vendors
- Lead audit readiness and remediate findings
- Lead cyber security and IT governance risk and compliance roadmap and priorities
- Operate IT governance risk and compliance governance forums and continuous compliance
- Own IT control environment and IT general controls
- Own cyber risk posture and maintain cyber risk register
- Provide security assurance across transformation portfolio
- Represent divisional security interests in group programs forums and escalate risk
