Director of Technology Infrastructure and Cybersecurity
Tasks
- Define and manage infrastructure and digital workplace standards
- Develop and manage technology budgets and resource allocation
- Drive problem management for major outages
- Ensure secure by design infrastructure
- Establish SLAs KPIs and operational metrics
- Implement endpoint protection network security identity and vulnerability management
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management
- Lead global technology infrastructure strategy and delivery
- Lead threat detection response and remediation
- Manage 24x7 service operations and service continuity
- Manage audio visual and collaboration infrastructure
- Manage security incident review and improvement actions
- Manage third party suppliers contracts and SLAs
- Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity
- Oversee end user computing device lifecycle management
