Tasks
- Administer identity directory platforms
- Collaborate with application teams to resolve incidents
- Coordinate platform maintenance and upgrades
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and scripts
- Enforce least privilege access with RBAC and ACL
- Ensure knowledge transfer and operational readiness
- Improve operations through documentation and process refinement
- Integrate identity and security platforms
- Maintain Tier 0 and Tier 1 identity systems
- Manage identity and security platform lifecycle
- Monitor performance, availability, and reliability
- Provide technical guidance to operational support
- Support incident response and off hours support
