German Speaking Technical Solutions Engineer (Level 3 Support & Success)
Tasks
- Conduct troubleshooting calls and architecture design reviews
- Create troubleshooting guides playbooks and internal knowledge bases
- Deliver onboarding and adoption support for strategic customers
- Guide customers on supported product capabilities and constraints
- Lead deep technical troubleshooting across devices APIs and third party integrations
- Mentor and coach Level 1 and Level 2 support engineers
- Own critical customer issues end to end with clear communication
- Partner with Sales for RFP and RFIs technical responses
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate incident resolution
- Produce technical documentation solution overviews and proposals
- Provide solution consultation and best practice guidance for customer architectures
- Provide technical training for customers and internal teams
- Represent company at industry events and webinars
- Serve as final technical escalation point for complex incidents
- Support security reviews compliance questionnaires and technical audits
