Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer
Tasks
- Build deployment automation and GitOps systems
- Create architectural decision records and technical standards
- Define infrastructure strategy and platform roadmap
- Define observability standards SLIs SLOs error budgets
- Design operate Kubernetes platforms in production
- Drive incident management and post mortems
- Implement observability (monitoring, logging, alerting)
- Lead reliability scalability operational excellence
- Manage infrastructure as code and provisioning
- Mentor and enable engineering teams on reliability practices
- Own disaster recovery and chaos engineering programs
- Prototype build core tooling libraries frameworks
- Serve as technical escalation for Sev 1 incidents
