Email Security Architecture Manager
Tasks
- Conduct security reviews and threat discussions
- Define investigation remediation and disruption playbooks
- Drive customer adoption and time to value
- Establish operational processes and best practices
- Guide email security deployment and operationalization
- Identify detection gaps and workflow friction
- Improve detection investigation and response workflows
- Lead Email Security Architecture team
- Manage onboarding and enablement programs
- Oversee phishing and impersonation investigations
- Partner with enforcement and takedown teams
- Recommend product enhancements and roadmap priorities
- Serve as executive escalation for strategic customers
- Support proof of value and customer expansions
