- Conduct site surveys and verify existing conditions
- Coordinate on site security delivery
- Deliver security system lifecycle
- Lead commissioning validation and handover readiness
- Lead functional testing and system verification
- Maintain issue and risk register communication
- Oversee physical security infrastructure installation
- Oversee security installation quality
- Produce site reports and track snags
- Review RFIs submittals and technical documentation
- Review drawings and BIM models for clashes
- Verify access control and video management behavior
