Embedded Technology Coordinator
Tasks
- Assist with technology budget planning and maintenance
- Build workflows policies and training for crisis communications
- Coordinate with internal and external teams on development efforts
- Develop super-user knowledge of crisis technology tools
- Establish and implement industry best practices
- Gather and analyze user requirements for system enhancements
- Manage technology enhancement projects
- Support management of vendor timelines and roadmaps
- Support non-technology projects
- Support testing and quality assurance of technology systems
