EPM Support Specialist (Endpoint Privileged Management)
Tasks
- Assist deployments across OS and database environments
- Collaborate with infrastructure, DBA, IAM, Security, teams
- Develop automation scripts
- Escalate issues to vendors
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and RCA documentation
- Monitor agent health and compliance
- Provide user support and training
- Support EPM platforms and endpoint agents
- Support RBAC onboarding and policy updates
- Support onboarding, testing, and stabilization
- Troubleshoot privilege elevation and policy issues
