Senior Product Manager
Tasks
- Align stakeholders across engineering UX compliance and GTM
- Create PRDs user stories and success metrics
- Define integration requirements with HRIS payroll and enterprise systems
- Define product vision and roadmap
- Drive product strategy and execution
- Embed AI into compliance workflows
- Ensure responsible AI transparency and explainability
- Lead customer discovery and market validation
- Lead experimentation and iterative delivery
- Lead workflow orchestration and task automation
- Monitor product performance and optimize using data
- Own policy and compliance intelligence systems
- Own regulatory data ingestion and content distribution
- Partner on build vs buy vs partner decisions
- Partner with engineering and design for scalable releases
- Set KPIs for adoption and outcomes
- Translate insights into prioritized product backlog
