Lead SOC NOC operations 24x7x365
Lead incident response readiness tabletop exercises and training
Maintain SOPs playbooks and knowledge base
Maintain incident response procedures and escalation protocols
Manage operational reporting dashboards and situational awareness
Manage staffing and shift coverage
Monitor SLA KPI metrics including MTTD and MTTR
Oversee event monitoring triage and escalation
