Forward Deployed Engineer
Tasks
- Design build and deploy production code on Cloudflare platform
- Embed with customer engineering teams
- Identify opportunities to accelerate adoption of Cloudflare services
- Lead technical strategy and serve as primary technical point of contact
- Maintain regular on site presence at customer locations
- Maintain technical relationships with executive stakeholders
- Own technical success for assigned customer account
- Participate in engineering rituals including standups design reviews incident response
- Surface edge cases and product gaps to influence roadmap
