- Automate reconciliation onboarding
- Build progress dashboards risk registers and KPI reports
- Conduct steering committee meetings
- Coordinate application onboarding for IGA tool
- Coordinate resolution across functional teams
- Define project plan
- Ensure deliverables scope schedule quality and budget
- Escalate blockers with mitigation actions
- Execute project plan
- Guide IAM concepts to stakeholders
- Manage issue logging and triage
- Monitor project progress status and risks
- Perform root cause analysis
- Provide governance follow ups with onshore and offshore teams
