- Build dashboards and performance insights
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and stakeholders
- Conduct system compliance assessments
- Create user friendly quality workflows in IT systems
- Deploy quality standards processes and tools
- Design quality risk management framework
- Develop and deliver quality training and workshops
- Drive Nutrace compliance across business units
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and certifications
- Identify quality gaps and close actions
- Improve Nutrace framework continuously
- Manage customer feedback processes
- Partner cross functionally with quality and operational teams
- Provide reporting and insights to management
- Review root cause analyses and corrective preventive actions
- Support incidents crisis management and root cause analysis
