Global Security Operations Center - Manager ($90,000/year)
Tasks
- Conduct operational audits and improvement initiatives
- Conduct operational drills tabletop exercises and readiness training
- Coordinate cross functional response during incidents
- Coordinate incident and crisis communications
- Develop and maintain GSOC SOPs and response playbooks
- Escalate relevant intelligence and operational information
- Establish GSOC performance metrics KPIs and SLAs
- Improve triage and incident handling workflows
- Lead 24 7 multi shift GSOC operation
- Maintain documentation and after action incident reporting
- Maintain enterprise situational awareness
- Manage shift readiness and staffing coverage
- Monitor global operations and emerging threats
- Oversee CCTV and access control systems
- Oversee incident escalation and response coordination
- Oversee incident management systems
- Oversee intelligence monitoring tools
- Oversee mass notification platforms
- Produce operational reports and executive updates
- Provide stakeholder liaison communications
- Supervise alarm monitoring and response for security systems
- Supervise and develop watch officers and analysts
- Support crisis management and business continuity operations
- Support travel security operations and traveler monitoring
