GSOC Analyst (Tempe, AZ)
Tasks
- Administer access control and video surveillance systems
- Assess and acknowledge intelligence reports and incidents
- Collect evaluate and disseminate intelligence
- Dispatch security officers when needed
- Draft security incident investigation reports
- Escalate incidents and coordinate response
- Maintain and process logs reports and files
- Maintain confidentiality and follow security policies
- Monitor events using open source collection
- Monitor security events in real-time
- Monitor social media for situational awareness
- Process and manage badge requests in ticketing systems
- Provide customer service responses to inbound calls
- Standardize risk management procedures
- Support audits with required evidence
- Support threat intelligence gathering and response
