- Coordinate troubleshooting and support calls

- Fix issues from alert monitoring
- Identify single points of failure
- Implement server and network security patches and OS upgrades
- Install configure and maintain network hardware
- Lead server/network integration
- Manage and administer servers and networks
- Manage change control
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Monitor system and network performance
- Perform backups and disaster recovery
- Perform root cause analysis
- Plan design and implement technology projects
- Prepare technical and functional documentation
- Proactively monitor backups and server logs
- Recommend improvements
- Recommend system and process improvements
- Support technology upgrades
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Work on disaster recovery plans
