- Build coach and lead program teams
- Conduct risk identification monitoring and mitigation
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning
- Coordinate portfolio prioritisation and initiative sequencing
- Coordinate vendor delivery schedules and planning activities
- Develop program governance frameworks and executive reporting
- Develop program roadmaps and delivery milestones
- Drive change leadership and operational handover
- Ensure adherence to program management methodologies
- Ensure compliance and governance standards
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and governance forums
- Govern program scope schedule resources risks and dependencies
- Lead enterprise transformation programs
- Lead program communications and stakeholder engagement
- Lead vendor negotiations and commercial management
- Manage program budgets forecasts and resource plans
- Manage program lifecycle from business case to closure
- Manage vendor service onboarding and handover to BAU
- Monitor vendor performance and deliverables
- Oversee contract development execution compliance and change control
- Oversee program resourcing models demand planning and timesheet compliance
- Perform quality assurance reviews and audits
- Track ROI and benefits realisation
