- Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access
- Architect and administer Microsoft 365 environments
- Architect and deploy Cisco Meraki networks
- Automate administration with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
- Configure network segmentation VLANs and VPN
- Coordinate dispatcher for scheduling onsite client visits
- Lead client onboarding deployments
- Maintain knowledge base and document processes
- Manage Intune device management
- Manage escalated tickets and project assignments
- Resolve complex technology issues within SLA
- Troubleshoot routing DNS NAT and connectivity issues
