- Document recurring issues fixes and process improvements
- Execute approved operational maintenance tasks
- Handle environment configuration changes
- Maintain records for audit and compliance
- Manage cloud cases and requests through ticketing systems
- Perform routine cloud administration tasks
- Produce operational reports for cases and cloud activities
- Route and escalate cases to engineering teams
- Update access permissions
- Validate requests for completeness and compliance
- Validate sales order forms service requests and operational handovers
