Tasks
- Build and lead automation and process engineering team
- Build and maintain SOC IR threat hunting and detection engineering process architecture
- Collaborate on automation requirements across detection IR threat hunting and intelligence
- Define automation vision and roadmap
- Design improve and standardize operational security processes and SOPs
- Develop SOAR playbooks integrations and workflows
- Drive adoption of automation across security tools
- Drive continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Ensure cross team process alignment and integration
- Ensure telemetry data flow for automation pipelines
- Establish engineering standards for development testing and deployment
- Govern automation coding testing documentation and version control
- Implement AI ML driven security automation for enrichment prioritization and response orchestration
- Implement KPIs maturity assessments and continual service improvement
- Lead design reviews QA tooling optimization and technology evaluations
- Lead training to uplift automation and process capability
- Oversee integration across Microsoft and Google security stacks and security platforms
- Partner with legal privacy and vendors to align workflows
- Replace manual security processes with automation
