Help Desk Specialist III
Tasks
- Coordinate with technical teams
- Develop technical documentation
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and security standards
- Identify trends and recommend improvements
- Lead incident support efforts
- Mentor and train support staff
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Serve as escalation point for complex incidents
- Support end-users onsite and remotely

- Utilize ITSM platform to manage incidents
