HR Systems Analyst – Mergers & Acquisitions / Risk Management

Tasks
- Assess change requests and system issues and troubleshoot problems
- Design business rules and configuration options
- Develop document and manage business and technical requirements
- Document processes procedures and new approaches
- Ensure enhancements are fully tested and moved to production
- Identify operational issues and gaps and support system solution implementation
- Identify system dependencies impacting HR data
- Lead HR systems processes and configurations for MADO transactions
- Manage requirements through change control and move to production
- Partner with HR MADO team during due diligence and planning
- Provide advanced HR systems support for Mergers Acquisitions Divestitures and Outsourcing projects
- Provide project management support for acquisitions and divestitures
- Represent business processes and needs to HR IT
